Reatech was founded out of a strong passion for industrial electronics. A young and dynamic company specialized in providing electronic board assembly services. A team of skilled professionals oversees each project from conception to final testing and inspection.

SMT – Surface Mount Technology

Reatech's assembly lines are high-performing and aligned with the latest technological evolution in electronics, covering every stage of the process: from handling and screen printing to pick-and-place positioning and forced-air convection reflow. To ensure product reliability, our SMT department is equipped with advanced control systems such as 3D AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) and X-ray inspection.

PTH – Pin Through Hole

Although SMT technology is widespread, traditional THT (or PTH) mounting remains essential for many projects. Reatech offers years of experience in through-hole component assembly and soldering.

PTH assembly is performed manually by trained operators in compliance with ESD standards, following IPC-A-610 guidelines. Boards are then wave soldered with dedicated thermal profiles and finished by highly qualified staff.

Testing

Reatech's testing services cover a wide range: from simple bench checks with general-purpose instruments to in-depth testing with dedicated, automated equipment or tools provided by the client.

The initial consultation allows us to identify the most suitable testing strategy for each specific technical requirement, ensuring product reliability.

Quality

The concept of quality has always been an integral part of Reatech's philosophy. Improvements in both equipment and human resources have allowed us to enhance our production pipeline: working better, in a more structured and organized way, results in consistent and high-level quality.

Our production processes are 100% monitored during the regular operating cycle and also sample-checked before shipping.
